All such materials are used non-commercially, for the purpose of cultural preservation, education, and public awareness. Taalika does not claim ownership of any third-party content unless explicitly stated.

Wherever possible, Taalika makes reasonable efforts to:

• Credit the rightful owner, photographer, or source of each image
• Use only content that is already in the public domain, released under a free-to-use license, or shared with consent

5.4 Request for Removal or Attribution

If you are the rightful owner of any image, video, or other material displayed on Taalika and wish to:

• Have it removed, or
• Receive proper credit or linkage

please reach out to us with the following details:

• The page or section where the material appears
• A brief description of the content
• Proof of ownership or authorization (if applicable)

Upon receiving your request, we will promptly review and take corrective action, including removal or attribution updates.

5.5 Consent for Contributed Materials

When individuals, schools, or institutions share images or content with Taalika directly, they grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use the materials for cultural and educational purposes on the platform and related communications.

Contributors confirm that they own or have the necessary rights to the materials they submit.

5.6 Non-Commercial Use

• All third-party images and content are used strictly for non-commercial purposes.
• Taalika does not sell, license, or commercially exploit any content that it does not own or have explicit permission to use.

5.7 Community Commitment

Taalika respects and honors the artists, photographers, and cultural custodians whose work helps preserve the beauty of Odissi and other Indian classical dance forms.

Our intent is to celebrate, not appropriate. We believe in open collaboration and transparency in how heritage content is shared and represented.
