    About the event

Presented by the Guru Gopal Panda Odishi Academy, the 14th Odishi Raaga Mahotsav & Award Ceremony 2026 is a grand confluence of traditional Indian classical music and dance. Held at the Utkala Rangamancha in Bhubaneswar, the festival curates a unique "Classical Trio" that beautifully bridges Carnatic, Hindustani, and Odissi vocal styles. Audiences will experience soulful renditions by acclaimed artists such as the Ravichandran sisters (Anahita & Apoorva), musical couple Lovely Sharma & Priyanshu Ghosh, and the mother-daughter duo Sangita Panda & Shruti Mishra.

Opening on November 6th, the evening will also feature "Bibhidhata"—a tribute to the multifaceted identity of Odissi music—alongside a graceful "Odishi Brunda Gayana" (group vocal) in Raaga Mangala Gujjari by senior disciples. The musical presentations will be complemented by vibrant Odissi dance choreography led by Guru Asish Kumar Das and his team. The celebrations begin each evening at 06:30 PM.
